Probably the toughest part of affiliate marketing is trying to get more traffic to your website. Once you’ve gone through the set up process, picked your niche and selected some products to promote, the largest part of the equation is getting traffic.
There are literally tons of ways to drive traffic to your website, but the key to successfully realizing torrents of targeted traffic is to consistently increase your efforts on a daily basis.
If you are writing articles you can try to increase your output by adding one more to your routine. If you’re running a ppc campaign, maybe you can add one more version of your ad or add a whole new one altogether. You could increase your ad spend by an extra .05 – .10 cents.
Maybe you can add one more social bookmarking site to your list. The point is that traffic when compounded can have a huge snowball effect. If you’ve ever experienced what a burst of traffic is like, you know that without maintaining the momentum you created to get that traffic, it dissipates just as quickly.
