New Traffic Generation Techniques A Temporary Solution?

There are hundreds of ways to attract new visitors to your site. Everyday there is a new technique that will show you how to pull in thousands of visitors and subscribers on autopilot, but do they work? Are these techniques going to get your site banned from Google and leave you with nothing to show for your time and energy?

These are the questions you need to ask yourself when considering some of the so-called “grey hat” traffic generation techniques out there. This doesn’t mean that there aren’t better and faster ways to do things, but if you’ve been pouring your energies into a site or affiliate promotion, the last thing you want, is for your site to disappear off the radar.

Some simple things to look out for are the number of backlinks a product says you’ll be able to get in a short period of time. If you start getting thousands of backlinks to your site within 48-72 hrs. it’s quite possible the search engines might just pick up on that, because it’s not natural.

Watch out for programs that spin your content in an almost unintelligible way just to get more backlinks for you. Beware of programs that will set up thousands of external blog sites at the click of a button, just so you can get an instant flow of links pointing back to your money site as Google will be quick to shut down the operation without so much as a warning.

These are just a few things to consider when it comes to protecting your business. There are time tested and proven techniques that work and will continue to work as long as you are willing to put in the time and effort. With that said there are some very powerful tools online that you can use to automate your processes and build backlinks to your site. Take the time to do your due diligence and make sure that your time and money are well invested.

To your Traffic success,
